Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
My car was repossessed in the state of NY. I can only get it back if I purchase the car. I won't be able to get a loan for $25,000 or refinance with the lender because I am unemployed. Will a cosigner be of help? or Can someone else get a loan and pay for the car and be returned? Is it even worth getting the car back?
