Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
Is there a case here? Penn Dealer advertises online price for vehicle w/32 pictures. NY customer calls and gives all personal information to get credit approved. After running credit and approval refuses to sell for the advertised price and adds $11,000 more. Claiming had a specialized package put on it. No place in the ads does it state that.

I think that sounds a little suspicious. I hope you did not sign the contract. Please contact the NYS consumer protection bureau and file a complaint against this company. Attach any proof that you may have.
