Should I cash the money order or wait after I Sue company and the case is resolv
I have been dealing with this company since may, i was promised a credit card witch i never received, so i told them i need a refund of $249.99 that was debited from my chekings account, Finally after 8 months i received a refund, but i was no credited all that need to be refund to my account, they send me a money order of $210.00. I want to sue this company for giving me false information kept me waiting more than 8 months for my refund and not giving me my whole refund. My question to you is should i cash the Money Order of $210.00 or should I Sue the company and cash it after the case is resolved. ?
