Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
possible class action law suit
Hi:
I have a mainstream online store that charges an additional fee to ship items overseas APO FPO.
I believe I've confirmed that there is no reason for the fee (other than additional profit for the company).
I would like to know if there are lawyer(s) interested in possibly initiating a class action law suit to stop the practice, as well to c funds for overseas U.S. military personnel (et al.) who have been charged the fee for year(s).
Thanks for listening.
