Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
i went in a club and i paid with my amex. i paid an amount i don't remember but from what i remember i did nothing worth to the amount i paid, i think they over charged me. can i dispute the charged amount even if i really paid it? also i have no customer receipt for any of the payment and i realized it once home.

You can dispute the amount. However, AMEX may deny the claim.
