Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
I have a contract that I printed my name on the back, but it states that for it to be legal it has to be signed! Is it legal with the printed name and no signature

Unless the contract sets forth the method, a signature is usually just a mark demonstrating intent to be bound to the agreement (see, NY UCC section 1-201(39)).
