Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
Creating website, need to know if it's 100% legal.
I will be creating a website which will contain pictures of individuals not necessarily approved by that particular person, but sent in through someone that person knew. I am not sure 100% as to what type of pictures these will be, whether clothed or otherwise. Do I have to seek approval from the individuals, or can I have a simple disclaimer stating that I am not responsible for?
