credit card debt
I have incurred over 100,000 in crdit card debt which is all in my name.Is my wife liable and can the credit card companies seize my IRA accounts?

Your wife is not liable for credit cards that are solely in your name. IRA's and other qualified retirement accounts may not be seized by creditors to satisfy a judgment. These accounts are also exempt in bankruptcy.
