Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
Hello, I was curious as to how it is acceptable in our free market, anti-monopoly country for Apple to have a five year exclusivity providing phones for just AT&T? Doesn't that go against every competitive ideal that we have?

No . . . it's an exclusive contract between two companies to market a unique product. Apple could have chosen to do it alone.
