Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
Damaged shipped car
I shipped a car overseas,container was dropped and car destroyed.I didn't have an insurance but isn't shipper responsible?How can I take a legal action against them?

If it was the shippers negligence that the care was destroyed, he is responsible. If he does business in New York you can sue him in New York.
I would also check your contract for shipping for more details.
