Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
A dealer agreed to payoff my lease payments so I signed for a new lease. Now I am being billed for the payments that were not paid off. Can I sue for the money?

I hope you were smart enough to have the lease payoff agreement in writing. If so, you may enfoce it in court.
