Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
Death & Debt:
My mother recently passed away and I am receiving bills (medical,etc). Since her social Security and Pension checks stop upon her death and there are no other funds, how should this be handled?

if her estate has no funds then the bills dont get paid. ignore them.
