Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
Delivery of items not ordered
On Friday JC Penney delivered a huge box with an item I did not order. I immediately requested that they pick it up. I have no storage space. To date they have not picked up this item. What are my legal right? Thanks.

They will reimburse you as required under federal law. You will need proof you checked luggage and proof of what the value of what you lost.
