I want to take a extended warranty company to small claims court that is in atlanta, GA. I live in new york where to i begin to file my claim?

First you must read the warranty agreement. Most agreements have a venue provision. If there is no venue provision, and the warranty company has "minimum contacts" in NY, you can file in NY.
