Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
My father signed a retail purchase agreement with a rv deal in albany NY. however the deal lied about a 10,000.00 downpayment to the bank. Is this contract still legally binding.does my father have to accept delivery on this RV

Not enough info. This is a lot of money-worth seeing a lawyer about (try several with free consults if the first one says no or wants too much. Fees vary and different attorneys have different schedules. An atty in the middle of a class action suit may only pause for cases worth over $x amt, but a newer solo may take the case immediatly and for a smaller fee.
