Faulty product

Our organization reently opened a new furniture store. The carpeting we purchased for the store is defective. The dye lots in the carpet are faulty with noticable defects which were not noticible until install. question is how do we go about getting renumeration back from the company.

Return the defective carpeting for either your money back or for conforming goods.
