file a case based on evidence
Hello,
I want to file a lawsuit only if I can obtain the in store video surveillance.
If I can obtain the video I will have proof on my side.
If I can't obtain the video I won't have proof and therefore no case.
How can I file a small claim lawsuit in NYC only if I can obtain the in store video surveillance?
