Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
Foreign object in baby's milk formula
I found a piece of plastic that looks like the corner of something in the baby's milk formula. Fortunately, aside from her being extremely constipated that week, nothing happened to her. Can I sue the company because they left that in there?

If there are no damages then there is nothing to sue for. However, you may want to file a complaint with the NYS Department of Health.
