Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
Harrasment issue
I wanted to purchase the sunglasses at decormyeyes. According to the information provided at the time of purchase, using buy now, pay later plan, I paid $25 as a down payment and I was supposed to receive my sunglasses in 7 days. When I did not receive them, I contacted the Customer Service. They responded that I must pay the full amount. I told them that they misinformed me and I will dispute the $25 charge. Their response was as follows ''If you dispute the order I am not even going to fight with the credit card company its not worth my time. I am going to add your name to the Kings County Civil court Docket and sue you in small claims court for the Principle of the matter. I will sue you for time spent the $25 and anything else I can think of. I have 10 pending actions I need to file and I will just add you to the list. Its nothing for me. I PROMISE YOU that you will spend more then this $25 . This will be a lesson for you.
I can offer you a DISCOUNT for the item for you to make final payment now just to show I am a NICE RUSSIAN BOY. While you are clearly showing that you are a BRIGHTONSKAYA BLADZ.'' Translation for ''BRIGHTONSKAYA BLADZ'' is ''Brighton whore''. Please advise what I can do.

Re: Harrasment issue
Dispute the charge and send a copy of this letter to both the Credit card company (visa mastercharge etc to close this idiot's commercial accounts) and then contact the NYS Atty general. You might call the DA's office too. See if you can find a fraud or bait and switch.
Good luck.
PS to file a small claims case will cost him about the 25 and He cannot sue you for his time or anything else but the 25.
