Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
I was informed by mail that I won a scholarship for working moms 2010 through allied school. I am supposed to sign and have noterized an agreement that I will claim the scholarship money on my taxes and agree to the terms of the rules of the contest. My question is should I sign and noterise this agreement?

I doubt it's legitimate. You should take the agreement to an attorney for review. If you don't want to spend the funds, contact the NYS Consumer Protection Board to determine if they have information about this company. www.nysconsumer.gov
