injured at home with refrigerator glass

I was cleaning refrigerator at home april 28 and refrigerator has a tray on bottom with thick glass above it I was de-icing freezer and had my hand on glass and it broke in pieces it cut my pinky went to emergency room had 10 stetches taken was told my hand needed microsurgery to reattach damaged tendon. It was donde 10 ago by I was told my finger would not be the same and surgery was needed absolutely. I have a lot of disconfort and pain and my finger will not look or feel same after recovery from surgery. Can I sue someone for my pain and suferring? if so, who?

Clearly there is an injury

The question is whether there is a product

liability case the age of the appliance

is in question and the reason it broke

will be another This needs much more

investigation before a proper answer can

be given
