Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York

Jet blue airway corp

I took flight on this airline on a return trip from olando and the airline baggage department lost my luggage its been two weeks now and every time i call they telling me they cant' find my luggage.i been placed with their claims department and who not calling me or returning my calls. I need to know where i stand in this type of case will i be financially compensated for my lost of property and will i have to produce receipts for the lost items

You will more than likely need proof of not only your checking the luggage but also what was in the luggage as well. Reciepts for lost items will be important.
