Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
Who is liable to pay for wrong auto part ordered by dealer, but given to body shop who took -between the two- 30 days to realize, & part can't be returned?

The dealer's mistake is the dealers cost. Trying to charge you for their mistake is probably a violation of the General Business Law, which means you recover your attorney fees as well. How's your car? Feel free to write or call me at 516-242-1453.
