Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
I live in buffalo ny I brought a 2004 chevey trailblazer july 2014. I have had the truck for 6 months when the transmission went. I went back to the dealer and told him the transmission blew and asked him if I could give him the truck back and get something else he was willing but I would have to lease it. I paid 4,500 for this truck and only drove it for 6 months what can I do
