Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
Hello,
I live in New York and bought a hair care product from Schwarzkopf and Henkel, situated in California. It was a leave in treatment for dry hair. I left it in for the suggested time and when I went to rinse my hair it was a ball of glue. I was in shock, tried to shampoo, recondition, and detangle but it was all stuck together in one huge hard clump. I lost over 6 inches of hair and want to sue. I have the empty product and the clumps of hair all in a bag as evidence but do not know where to begin.
Please help.
