Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
A local oil and gas company that I no longer have an account with owes me $600 and they still have not picked up their LP gas tank. We have called them multiple times and still have not received our credit nor have they picked up their tank. It's been a month now. Can I charge them a storage fee for the tank sitting here? What rights do I have?
