. Michel Andolini and Co., and Italian corporation, manufactures a revolver known as the Rancher. Andolini sells its guns to a U.S. distributor for sale throughout the United States. Miguel Santo, a resident of New Mexico, bought one of the guns, wrapped it in a towel, and put it under the seat of his car. His two-year old niece, Maria, was helping to clean the car when the gun fell out of the towel, hit the pavement, and discharged. The bullet struck Maria in the head and killed her. Maria�s parents filed a suit in an New Mexico state court against Andolini, alleging that the company was liable for the �design, manufacture, sale and distribution of a defective and unreasonable dangerous product.� Andolini asked the court to dismiss the suit on the ground that the court did not have personal jurisdiction over Andolini. Assume that you are the New Mexico state judge hearing this case and answer the following questions:
