Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
How can I get my money back?
I sent away for something I saw in a news paper article and I have never received the papers nor can I reach anyone by phone. I want my money back if this is a scan. I want to fight this, because although itis only $90.00, that is a lot of money to my family. What form can I send to these people so that they know I mean business? I have called and left three messages on their machine.

Suggst you report the incident, in writing, the Dept. of Consumer Affairs and the District Attorney, Consumer Frauds Bureau where you live.
You might also send the same letter to the newspaper that published the article.
Hope this helps.
