Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
i ordered something online. paid with my c/c. the box arrived to the next door where they just moved out few days after. i had to go to the new address and collect the box but they werent home. the tracking number said it was signed by someone else. i tried to talked with the seller but they dont want to deal with it and they telling me its not their fault. what should i do? i cant cancel it through my cc company because it has been more than a month ago.
