Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
Product missing
I purchased a computer through blue hippo and also asked for a Microsoft bundle. I received my computer a month late and I have not received my software yet. But the software was paid for back in Oct of 07. I want my software. I have to go to the library to do my work which is not a lot of time. What can I do?

Re: Product missing
you should send the company a certified letter return receipt requested demanding the software or the return of the money.
If no answer file a complaint through the better business bureau
If this is not successful, you probably have to hire a lawyer to commence litigation.
However, the price of the litigation may exceed anything that you might get back.
If you make enough noise, maybe they will send you the product.
