Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
Purchase Agreement - Right to Cancel
Yesterday, I signed a purchase agreement and made a deposit on a new car. The agreement is countersigned by a representative of the seller. The agreement does not say anything about a right to cancel.
I would like to cancle this agreement because I found the same car for about 1,500.00 less. I spoke to the dealer and they are not willing to work with me any furhter on the price.
Am I stuck?
Thank you for your assistance.

Re: Purchase Agreement - Right to Cancel
Well, you have 3 business days to cancel the purchase agreement. You should do orally and by fedex. After 3 days, you're out of luck. Sorry.
