Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
purchased 2003 Dodge Intriped se from private owner Car was clean inside and seemed well maintained owner stated they never had a problem with car. When I picked up the car it had all kinds of electrical issues cost of repairs where abot 1500.00 purchase price 2,200.00 do I have any legal recourse.

If the private owner sold the car "as is", then you would have no legal recourse.
