Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
not receiving a item on e-bay
I purchased and paid for an item on
e -bay and the f'n SOB never sent
the item or responds to my
emails...it's past 60 days, so ebay
and pay pal can't help...I waited so
long, because at first ''he'' said he
was sending it...now I want to get
back at him..it's only $240.00, but
it's the principal...if I could only get
my hands on him...what can I do
now????? I think he's from California

I can help you get back at him if he haw a website. Otherwise, he is probably on another continent. Don't wait so long next time and make sure you report him to eBay so they can shut down his account. I can't belive he had enough positive feedback on eBay to be safe if he is a scammer.
