Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York

I recently purchased a used vehicle from a used car dealership. I've only had a vehicle for 20 days now and have had several problems to do with o2 sensors an electrical problems and the vehicle running not well. The vehicle has 133,000 miles on it and I was getting a 30 day or 1000 mile warranty which is clearly within the 30 day's. Because of all the problems I've been experiencing I've been having second thoughts about the purchase that I've made. Do I have any legal standing to get a refund for my money back.

Read your contract and the terms of vehicle return in the event of any malfunction. You had better act fast and put everything in writing and advise the dealership with Registered Mail. Be specific in your letter and refer to your mechanic's comments and your own experiences with your purchase. Otherwise, you will lose your rights. However, what do you expect from a car with 133k on it?
