Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
I recently won a number of gifts cards from a game in the mall in my town. After confirming I did indeed win the prizes, they have now called back and told me they will not reward me the prizes because of half hearted excuses. When I call them out on it they just say do what ya gotta do.

Your best bet is to reclaim the gifts from the mall owners, for, arguably, they permitted the event to take place on their property.
