retail pricing question
Am I allowed to establish a business that buys Starbucks whole coffee beans - for argument sake - and brew them myself and then sell them with my own price ?

Sounds ok to me. Just don't mention anything about Starbucks (or whoever).

I do not see why not. However, you may not use the Starbuck's name as an endorsement of your product without permission from the company. You may use the name to set forth how the product was made. For example "Brewed with Starbucks whole coffee beans" is probably OK. "Official Starbucks distributor" or "Certified Starbucks brewer" is probably false advertising. And, I would not use the Starbuck's logo without permission from the vendor.
