I shipped cargo fom NYC to a shiiping company in Fl and they lost my shippment. Can I suit them?

Yes you can. Find out from an attorney whether you must bring your suit in NY or FL.

You can sue them. However, many agreements limit liability and damages recoverable. If you have insurance, you should file a claim.
