I sold some coins about 10 days ago to a buyer who agreed to purchase based on photographs of the coins. Now, however, the buyer wants his money back. Am I obligated to refund the money?

If there was no agreement as to returns and if you are not a merchant in the business of selling coins, you are under no obligation to provide a refund. However, if there was fraud or misrepresentation as to the condition of the coins, he would likely prevail if he were to pursue the matter in court.
Good luck!
