I sold an item on ebay, they buyerbthen asked me to shipped it to a different address because it was a gift, not knowing it doesn't cover under ebay ploicy to shipped the item to a different address other than whats on the bayer account, I shipped it to the new address the buyer request. After the buyer recieve the item, they file a complain to their credit card saying it was an unautorize payment. Paypal filed a claim on my behalf to the credit card company but I still lost the claim and now need to do a full repayment to paypal.
