can i sue DUANE READE store
my son 16 ye.old. workers in duane reade store sell him scratch tickets for 8 month (he was 15 when it's start). he became a gambler - he spent all money to buy tickets. i am destroyed and don't know what to do? can i sue the store?

Yes. You can also sue the individual clerks and maybe even the state. You're case is not the greatest but it might work or at least settle. Find a good lawyer near where you live.
