Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
Tow garage
Police had my car towed,for no registration.It took me 17 days to do DMV.Went to get car,1995 jeep chk.vehicle gone and over $2,000 worth of clothing,cell phone,cd's & tapes,all gone.

You don't really tell us enough to answer. Did the lot auction off your car? Was it stolen from the lot?
