Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
Verbal commitement for Fuel Delivery
Fuel Comapny for oil on Sep 10,08. Received in mail 4 incentive and better deals plus price has been lowered. Told company that I was not pleased and wanted to speak to management. On Oct 20 saw truck and stopped the delivery but they already pumped 15 gal. I have no written contract and was never told about a time to cancel.

You may or may not have recourse, but I would need more info. The one issue that I would be concerned about is "unjust enrichment", in that they filled the tank and you benefit from the goods, even if you didn't consent.
