Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
Over the weekend we had our Daughter's reception at a Lodge. The caterer said he would box up the leftovers for us to take home. The caterer had another job that night and he left. When we went to get our leftovers the Lodge said they didn't know where they were. After some time we figured out that they had taken everything upstairs and were giving all our food away to members of this Lodge. Is there anything we can do about this?
