I have physically located debtor, now I need to locate assets to send in the sheriff. Who or how do I go from this point? Thanks...

You need to identify the assests with great specificity.

Do a financial check for bank accounts, require a disclosure under the CPLR, walk by his home to see if he has a car, boat, etc.

Its not complicated, it just requires a little persistence and knowledge of what tools are out there.

You can get his tax return through the debtor/creditor meeting. That is something I can help you with.
