Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

Bank account restraining order

A creditor has put a restraining order on my bank accounts. I have no money to my name as of right now. How do I get rid of this order today. I have enough to cover the debt, but the collection agency isn't responding to my call. Also, what happens when my employer goes to direct deposit my paycheck tomorrow? Will that money also be frozen?
