Ny friend owes credit card adb a lawyer has frozen what liitle she has in her bank account.She lives on less than $900.00 per moth.

Unless your friend can show that she had a reasonable excuse for failing to respond to the lawsuit and she has a valid defense to the complaint, there is not much she can do. People who live on "very little" probably should not use credit cards. The interest rates are exorbitant.
