Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

Bank asking for default judgement in Court. The financed amount was for equipment purchase for business. Business closed. Bank seized equipment and liquidated it. Bank suing Corp and me (Personal Guarantee). I own no assets, house, car etc. Any suggestions to resolve the issue without litigation? Thanks
