Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

Bill Collectors

Where can I access the laws/rules for calling that collectors must observe? I have recorded 46 phone attempts from one in 14 days.

WOW. You should contact an attorney who handles the FDCPA. I know of such an attorney and can assist you in this matter. Best of all, it won't cost you anything to sue the collector, assuming they have violated the FDCPA. The debt collector must pay all attorneys fees. Moreover, you are likely entitled to a $1,000.00 penalty assessed against the collector for violating the law. Email me and I will help you.
