Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

Billy Lui is the Business Development Manager of GetRich Finance Pte Ltd, a licensed finance company in Singapore. The Board of Directors of GetRich have approved the setting up of a Corporate Finance department at GetRich and have tasked Billy Lui to head the department. Most of the corporate clients of GetRich are private limited companies that come within the ambit of small and medium enterprises. Since this is a new division both Billy and his staff have no experience in handling loans to private limited companies. As far as possible Billy would like to secure the loans. Billy Lui seeks your advice on the legal aspects in respect of loans extended to private limited companies and how GetRich could secure these loans.
