Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York
car loan fraud.
I got a car loan that was frauded by another party I had a relationship with. I ended up taking them to court and lost the case trying to prove the vechicle was mine. I then took the car dealership to court and won the case they stated that my name was going to be remove from the loan papers. But it still appears on my credit report. I wanted to know how I go about getting this removed from my credit report because I had already been in court and proved that the documents were fraud.

Re: car loan fraud.
Send all your proof certified mail to the credit reporting company and request they remove the debt. If you are unsuccessful hire an attorney to help you. Good luck.
